150 years after the start of the US Civil War and 200 years after the War of 1812, we celebrate music rooted in American folk tradition. Aaron Copland captures the essence of the American frontier in Appalachian Spring, and the Baroque on Beaver Festival Chorus leads a musical journey through the land we love.
With the exception of the Benefit Gala Concert, admission to Baroque on Beaver Musical Festival programs and events are free and open to the general public without charge. Although admissions are gratis, a free-will offering is gratefully appreciated and accepted at all events scheduled for July 25 through 29, 2012.
