Bev Seiford – Board Member
A native New Englander, Bev Seiford moved to Ann Arbor in 2000. While visiting friends on Beaver Island in 2010, she and her husband Larry fell in love with the island’s natural beauty and purchased a home on Sand Bay. Bev has always been an active non-profit volunteer. She is a proud member of the Beaver Island Performing Arts Alliance (BIPAA) Board. She is also a Rotarian and a board member at the Kerrytown Concert House in Ann Arbor.
Professionally, Bev has over 30 years of experience as an organization development consultant. She has facilitated strategic planning, leadership development, conflict resolution and capacity building for Fortune 100 corporations, federal and state governments, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions.
Bev began her professional career as a classroom and special education teacher and a Title One administrator. After 15 years in public education, she became project director for a national test development company. Bev loves using the skills she has developed over her career to help non-profit organizations thrive and grow. She says her experience on the BIPAA board has been one of the most rewarding of all!
