Louis Post – Board Member

Louis has had a house on Donegal Bay for 36 years.

Besides serving on the board of the Beaver Island Performing Arts Alliance, Louis serves on the board of the Beaver Island Association and chairs the board of the Beaver Island Archipelago Trails Association.

When not on Beaver Island, Louis resides on a barrier island in Saint Augustine, Florida where he also serves on several non-profit boards.

Prior to his retirement in 2016, Louis resided in Williamston, MI. Louis is a clinical psychologist. He taught at the Michigan State University Medical School, started and owned a health care company, treated patients in a psychotherapy practice, and was President on the Michigan Psychological Association.

On Beaver Island, Louis enjoys cycling, hiking, kayaking, walking on the beach, and spending time with friends.
